Carmel Mission Inn Rooms

Except for one guy is rude, every staff I met are very good and accomodating.

the first room given to me is very noisy(they even preparied noice earbuds), I have to go back to front dest to change . if i didnt insist to change , the previous room is way from value and the front dest should told me earlier. the feel is bad

Location was excellent, pool and spa were great, nice bibe, music at pool area. Liked the fire pits mood around the inn. room was clean.

Room was on second floor behind pool. So it was a bit noisy. Generator noise or something. .

Parking was difficult and they charged for it, which seemed odd given the location. Also the 1st night we stayed they had a very loud movie in the pool area, which our room was just above and it was very loud until 10 pm

The hotel is in strategic location at the crossroad to Big Sur Pfeiffer Park (50 min), Carmel by the Sea (9 min), and Monterey Aquarium (20 min). Selection of shops and Restaurants in front and back of the hotel.

The value was great for the location and amenities.

Very comfortable bedrooms. Spacious and clean. Very close to Carmel so a more reasonably priced option.

Clean, modern, well-kept. Fun lobby with fireplace and board games! Nice, large tv with movie steaming for kids to watch while swimming!

Very near to grocery store, restaurants & shopping center & very accessible to beaches.

I have stayed here twice a year for over 10 years. It is advertised as a romantic getaway and quiet retreat. This was a terrible experience. There were tons of kids. They played a movie in the pool and hot tub area after dark when I believe that is more adult time. It ruined our experience and it wasn't cheap. I will not being staying here again. Extremely disappointed.

Friendly staff, love the restaurant and hotel's proximity to shopping centers and dining. Close enough to the village but away from the busyness of downtown.

Everything ..staff was amazing, close to stores, Tavern had an excellent breakfast.

N/A reservation included breakfast when I booked but, the location didn’t have any record of my reservation including breakfast. I tried to contact booking.com but couldn’t reach anyone via the website as it kept directing me back to the property.

Free, onsite parking. Safeway and mall across the road. Quiet.

Close to wedding venue. Raining pool and amenities not available.

The location is very good, accessible to most of the restaurants.
